Brexit changes for employment law

We can keep this short: you haven’t missed anything.

Don’t expect anything to change after 11pm on 31st January 2020 for at least 11 months, at least not as a result of Brexit.  No cliff edges in sight.

The biggest changes are likely to in relation to immigration and who can work in the UK, but that is a topic to itself.
